What is it?
An in-person, evidence-based, 10-week group program for children and their parents.
Regulating Together® was specifically designed to help children and their families learn to manage and respond to emotion dysregulation. Programming is for children (ages 8-12) of all neurotypes. Program Details: regulatingtogether.com
Program Format?
A group intervention to address emotion regulation. There is a child group and a parent group participation that runs concurrently.
Who will benefit most?
Children with ADHD and autism who experience irritability, moodiness, and reactivity.
Children who have full sentence speech and average intellectual abilities or mild intellectual disability.
Parents and children who can commit a minimum of 9 out of 10 weeks.
