What is it?
An in-person, evidence-based, 10-week group program for children and their parents.
Regulating Together® was specifically designed to help children and their families learn to manage and respond to emotion dysregulation. Programming is for children (ages 8-12) of all neurotypes. Program Details: regulatingtogether.com
Program Format?
A group intervention to address emotion regulation. The child group and parent groups run concurrently.
Who will benefit most?
Children with ADHD and autism who experience irritability, moodiness, and reactivity.
Children who have full sentence speech and average intellectual abilities or mild intellectual disability.
Parents and children who can commit a minimum of 9 out of 10 sessions.
*We will need a minimum of 4 child-parent dyads to proceed with group. Register by 2/20/2026.

(No session on March 17, 19, 31st, April 2nd)
